Thoroughly enjoyed our time at “A Mothers milk”. Food was outstanding in presentation and delivery. Staff were friendly, welcoming & professional. Our party of 12 were very happy with meals and beverages but I particularly recommend the chillie eggs. Thankyou will definitely book again.

Very cosy atmosphere. Polite friendly staff dine inside or outside..has toilet with change table big bonus for mums n dad's cuppacino n cake yummy

Great food and service. My 7 year old daughter has allergies (dairy, egg and nuts) and gets nervous eating out. The staff were brilliant in reassuring her that her meal wouldn't have these, and gave her comfort to eat her lunch.

Hi, I want to tell you how fantastic A Mother's Milk Cafe is on Unley Road. I often have business meetings here, the venue provides a great place to work, particularly from the bay window seats. The menu is creative and delicious, great coffee and the staff including Helena and Claire are amazing. I can't recommend this cafe highly enough. Many thanks and see you again soon.

We ordered English breakfast tea, cappuccino, Buttermilk pancakes and Green Chilli Eggs. The customer service was great, atmosphere inside was cosy and warm and outside seating (around the corner) was cute and comfy. The tea and coffee was good. The Buttermilk pancakes were warm and fresh, the compote is sweet and the icecream was creamy . The green chilli eggs were flavourful and perfectly poached. It wasn't spicy at all but you can taste the flavour of the chillies. Definitely recommend you try it.

A good place for brunch. Don’t need to wait a seat although Saturday. Food was great, iced chocolate was brilliant.

I’ve had a lot of good Burgers in my lifetime but the Burgers at A Mothers Milk takes the prize. The Best Burger in the Universe. The flavour of the burger patty is indescribable. Plus the flavours of the extras. When you leave, you can’t wait to come back again to have another one. Then there is the coffee, the fresh squeezed vegetable and fruit juice to order. And of course the hospitality is fun and fast.
